Priority tasks for the 2025-2026 academic year to be discussed in Ashgabat
On August 23 of this year, a meeting of pedagogical workers is scheduled to take place in Ashgabat, focusing on the priority tasks for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The event will include a review of the implementation of the objectives set by the President for improving the education system and ensuring high-quality teaching in the past academic year. New goals for the upcoming academic year will also be identified.
Participants will discuss forward-looking efforts in drafting legal regulations and educational-methodological manuals in line with national practices and international educational standards. Special emphasis will be placed on enhancing the professionalism of teaching staff and developing mentor-apprentice relationships.
In addition, attendees will specify plans to foster a sense of national pride and patriotism among the younger generation based on the books authored by the Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan, to ensure successful participation of youth in contests and Olympiads, and to encourage their involvement in scientific creativity.
