Wandercraft has created its first humanoid robot, Calvin

Wandercraft, known for its exoskeletons, has created its first humanoid robot, Calvin. From concept to prototype in just 40 days, thanks to the use of off-the-shelf components.

Calvin, a human-sized "headless" robot, will soon be used in the factories of Renault, an investor in Wandercraft. It is voice-controlled and can change attachments (brushes, suction cups, grippers), allowing it to carry boxes and perform other industrial tasks.

In the future, Calvin may help in other areas, such as medicine or in the daily lives of people with disabilities, relieving them of complex and non-ergonomic tasks. For now, Calvin is a concept and has not been launched into mass production.
